Visiting the Baltimore Inner Harbor and if you have kids, we thought this is a place a 'must-visit'. There are many activities which are interactive or hands-on. We have been to different museums in Washington DC, Australia and some part in SE Asia which have dinosaurs exhibits but this Science Center has the tallest dinosaur we've ever seen! On the... More

If you are visiting Baltimore Inner Harbor and you have kids this is the place to take them. There are so many activities for them to do and see. You can spend time at the Science Center than walking around the Inner Harbor, lots to see of Baltimore.

A bit pricey and smaller than I was hoping for but it was fund and the kids had a great time and that's what is most important to me.

After seeing all of the good reviews, was really looking forward to visiting, even though its a bit pricey. It almost seemed half of the exhibits did not function correctly, if at all. The third floor barely had anything on it. We chose not to see an IMAX movie, because the admission itself was (I think) $17 for an adult,... More

Dinosaurs, Space, Planetarium, IMAX Theatre, and a Great Kids Room on the 3rd floor your youngsters will love and won't want to leave. Lots of hands on exhibits, employees help to interpret what the kids see. Don't buy the food there---not good. Save your money for inner harbor restaurants and treats along the way.

Went here with 12-year-old gifted child. There was enough here to keep child interested for a few hours. But, we were disappointed with the quality of exhibits. Many of the interactive exhibits didn't work. There were heavy layers of dust visible on some exhibits. The planetarium show and Imax show were very good. If there are many things appealing to... This is my daughter's favorite museum to visit, but it's a hit with the whole family. We visit at least once a year and always have to go to the planetarium. The special exhibits they have are great and the kids room on the top floor is a lot of fun. My husband enjoys Newton's Alley. This is a must... More

Lots to do for kids from 2-8. Dinosaur room on the first floor is fun. Fake dinosaur skeletons and a fossil dig area. A children's room on the third level has a water table, blocks, cool gravity games, and a submarine type area. Easy place to spend four or five hours.

Lots of interactive activities to suit all ages. Lots of information in a well designed building divided into different area's with media option available too.
