Disappointed by the pedicure. There are no spa chairs but instead have hard tile ledges to sit on and the "foot pool" is entirely too close to the ledge, leaving the customer scrunched up and very uncomfortable during this "luxury" pedicure. On top of that, my toenails were crooked (which I did not notice until after I left). The massage... More

Was back visiting a friend for her wedding and heard that Kaye and Lacey (nail techs formerly at Poseidon) moved to Milan. Me and a few friends made appointments for massages, nails, etc. I was impressed from the minute I walked in the door. Great customer service and I think they have found the best talent in Savannah. Of course,... More

Wonderful facial from Lynn, who is only there perhaps 2 days a week. She's worth waiting for. The relaxation area was lovely (fresh fruit, lots to read). The body treatment I had was just ok (which may have just been the type of treatment I picked).

I have been to spas in NY, and LA, this spa competes with the best of them!! The front desk was polite, and kind, with lots of attention to what I needed most. I was wrapped in a warm robe, slippers, with a heated neck pillow and nibbling on fresh raspberries minutes after I got there. My facial was delicate... More

Luxurious pampering and cozy ambiance. The swedish massage (with oils) and facial made me feel brand new. Steam showers and pool a plus. Fruits, nuts and beverages hit the spot. The only cons were the seating (not so soft and even slightly uncomfortable) in both the lounge and the pool areas and the pool is small and you access the... More

Booked a deep tissue massage with Keely and a pedicure with Kay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the spa was beautiful, though some parts of it need a little help. The massage was amazing, Keely really did a great job on my shoulders which I've always found challenging to find someone who can get in there. The... More

My husband booked a couples massage here as a surprise. This would be my 3rd ever spa massage. The decor and atmosphere in the place was wonderful. I loved the sparkles and hues of blue. The dressing room was nice, but the layout seemed awkward in that there were only 2 showers and 2 bathroom stalls with sinks and 6... More

My husband and I enjoyed weekend package at the Mansion on Forsyth Park which included two massages. The spa was very elegant just like the hotel. The young woman at the front desk very friendly and gave us a tour. Both of our massages were wonderful. Afterward we went to the pool and ordered lunch couldn't get any better.

I had my first experience at Poseidon Spa last month and left feeling very relaxed and my upper back pain was relieved by a great massage. Although it is located downstairs in the hotel, I still found there was enough light and ambiance to forget about that. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. I left relaxed and refreshed and... More

Scheduled a mani-pedi as a guest of the hotel. No herbal tea; no tea period. Not offered a magazine. Tiny selection of enamel colors. Bare minimum service; no hot towel. Grating music. They add 22% gratuity so for $117 for a regular pedi and french mani I have to say it was the worst overall experience, but for a "spa",... More
