I visit the Arboretum with friends so that we can some exercise. The Arboretum is a nice park in Greensboro. Walking a portion of the park is approximately a mile. We visit this park often. It is a great place for a walk with our dog (on a leash). I suggest if you go in winter that you definately go back in spring or summer to see all the great plants in bloom. I love this park any time of year, though.

I have lived in Greensboro 30+ years and have watched as the Aboretum evolved. I walk with or with out my dogs a couple of times a week. A great place to enjoy nature! I enjoyed a nice bike ride and lunch for the aftenoon. The grounds well kept and beautiful. Loved the overlook at the Butterfly Garden. So peaceful!
