Just a drive through the park is great, but the lake is wonderful too. There is the Kemper outdoor center, and then there is the hooved enclosure, where you get up and close with the Buffalo and the Elk.

Love the water part of the park the most!! I f you have kiddos it is a must!!

I live near Fleming Park, in fact, I drive through it nearly every day. Very little has changed over the years and that's a good thing. The park is well maintained and very clean. Driving through the lake is always fun. We love walking the dogs through the park except for the tick inspection at the end of the walk. I don't do ticks. I point them out...Rick has to pull them. We had at least ten to fifteen on each of the girls. YUCK. Lake is nice, park is nice.

Lots of trails and places to explore. Multiple playgrounds and picnic shelters make this a great spot to spend the day. Pack a lunch and have a whole outdoor day!

We like going to watch the model airplanes or just driving around the park enjoying nature.
