Love the old part of town with refurbished shops, restaurants etc. Go for lunch, do some shopping and stay for dinner!

Love to walk around there and of course enjoy the Farmer's Market in the spring and summer. Lots of yummy suff there and great restraurants also and shopping

I didn't get to visit very much -- it was a business trip. But I did get to walk around. What impressed me most were the myriad choices of ethnic foods. I tried two different ethnic varieties and they were pretty good. It would be great fun to explore options.

What struck us is that there are so many funky independent yet thriving small shops and restaurants. Yes there are a few chains, but they are way outweighted by the most unique and inviting businesses. You have to go in, they beckon you.

You haven't experienced Omaha until you go to the Old Market. Over the years, this has expanded and become the place to go. Nice restaurants for every budget. I love sitting outdoors, which is an option in nice weather. I love the street musicians that make me feels I am in a world class city.

Wonderfully preserved old town feel with lots of atmosphere. The cobble streets and the various eating houses make this area a must to visit.

This area is so unique and fun. On a summer night, there are so many restaurants/bars that have outdoor patio's that it is really fun to sit and just enjoy the activity and people watch.
