We got there right at 9 and didn't leave until 5:30. So much to see, its easy to spend the whole day there. The zoo itself is beautiful and has many different areas to visit. Overall great experience and worth the trip!

We arrived right before the zoo opened and there was already a line, so you know it's a very popular place. We loved the skyfari. So many things to see the only thing I didn't like was the ton of schools there on a field trip could barley walk through some exhibits. I would recommend going in the afternoon it wasn't very busy around two.
Amazing exhibits, friendly staff, and easy to get around. Unless you are mauled by a bear, it would be impossible not to enjoy a day at the Omaha Zoo!
We were told by relatives if we're ever in Omaha to be sure to go the zoo so when we had a chance to stay a few days on a trip back from Branson we did. My wife and I and our daughter who is handicapped and in a wheelchair as well as my son, his wife and two children...

The IMAX theatre presented the Lewis and Clark Corps of Discovery which was amazing to watch. History in the making.
Took our granddaughter for the first time. SHE LOVED the gift shop cuz Grandma was buying. Her favorite thing was the polar bears.
This is the best zoo in the country and I'm not just saying that because I live here. People from all over come to see our zoo. It is spectacular and big and takes all day or only half day if you don't want to spend the whole day there
Dont miss it if you are in town. Clean wth wonderful displays, better than san diego in my opinion. Dont miss this if you ever come through town.
Tons of animals, lots to do, Imax theater. Members get in free and get into Imax free also! They're always updating and adding attractions-very nice to walk through! I try to get here once a year (7 hour drive and worth it!)
