I have fond memories of visiting the International Peace Gardens when I was growing up in the 50s and 60s, and even in the 70s when I showed it to my wife it was still beautiful. I looked forward to reacquainting myself with it during a rare trip to Utah this week. Sadly, the grounds are now woefully unattended and... More

despite the name, it's not some hippy gathering place. It is a very pretty series of gardens that have information and items from the countries depicted. I really liked it there. Great place for a stroll or picnic.

Crisp, clean air, in an almost deserted park. Late blooming flowers, leaves turning golds and reds. A relaxing way to spend the mornng.

Loved it as a youth. Went there a year ago. It was not as well taken care of as I had remembered, it had fallen into disrepair.

Compared to the immaculate beauty of the grounds in and around temple square, I suppose I went here with my expectation being a little skewed. Also being located in a sketchy neighborhood didn't help either. We found it after driving all over the place and then took a turn and there it was. Located off of 900 West, this garden... More

My Son and his Bride shot their "Bridal" shots here and talk about beautiful. It is free and as you walked around there weren't many people there and you just had a sense of peace, which is what they were aiming for. Just follow the map and you'll find it. Even with my son's allergies and him sneezing constantly it... More

This is a very beautiful park where you can get a feel for different countries of the world. It isn't in the greatest part of town, but the park is very nice and feels safe. I have really enjoyed my visits there.
