Not the world's largest aquarium, but that just means there aren't as many people blocking your view of the exhibits. Great value.

Again - Albuquerque has done itself proud .. this is a wonderful facility, gorgeous displays. Just the right size to spend time watching and learning about these creatures. Do wish there was a bit more clear information posted which would help identify.
Get the combo - $12 for the four attractions: aquarium, botanic garden, tingley beach and the zoo. This is great value for your money. They give military discount too! Great for younger kids. Doesn't take long to get them through and they are top notch exhibits. My favorites are the jellyfish tank and the big tank. This aquarium is not large but surprisingly interesting and well-done given the size of Albuquerque and its proximity to the ocean!!!
With friends we all enjoyed the BioPark complex of Aquarium, Zoo and Botanical Gardens. The aquarium stop was well done and since our friends volunteer at the Atlanta Aquarium we all were interested in seeing how Albuquerque measured up.
