Small theater with couches.......cozy, intimate.......one of the few theaters that you can see some non-mainstream productions.

Only place that shows foreign and Indie films where you sit on couches during the movie and can grab a decent bite to eat at the theatre cafe or in the little lobby. Great atmosphere, close to great restaurants and grab a nightcap up the block at L"Elizabeth's.

Great comfortable and intimate place to see indie movies, art films and documentaries. Not your average movie theater. The Cable Car is so much better than the big multiplexes.

This is a Providence institution that is worth visiting . Great selections of indie movies, really good foods and beer. A good cheap date night, or even take the kids when the movie allows. We love this theater. Couch seating and small deli with snacks, also they have the best independent films.

They show interesting Indy films and have couches, enough said! Okay, I have to say more. Ice food and drink offerings. Good spot for an evening out on a date or with friends.
