These people are here to loot money. Be careful and read through the agreement before signing. They promise many things before you arrive and once you arrive you get something else.

Wow! We had so much fun with you guys! My husband had an ATV and my daughter and I had a UTV since she's under 16. Our tour guide was Matt- he was the best. You will need to go to the office to fill out your paperwork and pay- they then send you to another location for the actual... More

Appalachian Adventures offers numerous ways to enjoy the Great Outdoors, from horseback riding and kayaking to ATVs. That's what we tried – ATV riding – and it was awesome. Not your typical couples activity, this was our first time on ATVs. The guides were patient and encouraging. They explained things well and helped us work through any areas where we... More

My husband decided he wanted to spend his last days in his 20's ATV riding; so we did! We found Appalachian Adventures, upon our first inquire the staff was very professional and made sure all our questions were answered. We decided to do the 1hr ATV ride because it was all of our first time and we had no idea... More

Completely professional and gave us the best atv experience possible. Francesca was AMAZING. So friendly but most importantly very efficient in making sure we had a safe ride. I never rode an atv before this experience and I can't believe the trails that she had us riding. We were literally riding up, down and around the mountain over rocks, creeks... More

Special thanks to Chess, our amazing guide on the ATV trip. She taught us how to ride safely and the four of us - Bret, Adam, Tyler, and Aaron - really appreciated her dedication and time. The trip was amazing, like everyone here is saying. We had some concerns about the safety and Chess quickly helped us to get over... More

My wife and I decided to get away for the weekend and do a few things that our children are just too young to do. We went on a zip line course (staff was nice but we have been to much more exciting canopy tours) and four wheeling. We had a great time on the four wheelers. Our guide ended... More

This was our favorite part of our vacation and the most expensive. We rented 4 ATV's and ran up and down trails for 2 hours. Our guide, Jim, was excellent and worked with us in explaining the manual shift on the Honda 250. By the end of the trip we were pros. We ran through large mud puddles and did... More

My husband and I arrived in Luray and went straight to Appalachian adventures. You have to first check in at a small office and then do about a 7 mile drive where you meet your guide with the ATV vehicles. It was our first time going on an ATV and we had a great guide. We went on a gorgeous... More
