A must see if visiting the Scranton area. Amazing dioramas, a collection of artifacts dating to the beginning of the Marine Corps. Annual events such as St. Patrick's Day after the parade Ham & Cabbage, spaghetti dinner, venison dinner and the Father and Son Breakfast held annually on Father's Day, a moving Flag Retirement Ceremony in June, and many more... More

EVERYTHING !! The MUSEUM Is a First Class Operation , The MARINES , Family , Friends And Future Visitors Make This MUSEUM A Family Atmosphere And The Place You Will Want To Visit ! Neat to see the museum in the basement. Make sure you can get down to see everything.

We love this place: new and old Marines gather here to exchange stories, build community, share a drink and build a very interesting museum on the history of the Marine Corps. I learned about the story of local WWII hero Gino Merli (the town of Peckville, PA named a street after him). When we left, I looked at the building... More
