Went to the mall specifically to get supplies from the LUSH STORE. They helped me, talked to my daughter on the phone (I couldn't remember everything she wanted) and I even got a facial., LUSH is the way to go. They are the best!

In fairness, we spent most of our time at the Fashion Outlet Mall - looking for deals on athletic wear, etc; but we made a stop here for lunch and dessert - and to pick up a few extra things on our list. Lots of great restaurants to choose from - including Cheesecake Factory, Gordon Biersch Brewery, and Melting Pot... More

If you are looking for A&F or Hollister, please go only in the morning when they restocked everything, later on the day the shelf will be half empty as their staff cannot keep up with it. If you are buying electronics Best Buy its in the lower level. Foot Court selection is good. Other shops... you can find it elsewhere.

Walden Galleria Mall is the perfect place to shop when visiting Buffalo. Had all the stores the kids wanted, except a toy store. Johnny Rockets was tasty and fun for everyone. After all the hype and talk about how great this mall was, we deliberately made it a point of driving 90+ minutes to visit this mall. What a disappointment and waste of our time. We can respect a "smoke-free" environment however smokers are paying customers too - and big signs indicating that smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property... More

Once of the striking things about the USA is the helpfulness of the staff. They sure know about good service and this is what we received when we visited the Walden Galleria Mall. Went there on the Victoria day long weekend and its just another mall. The benefit to my fellow brother in Canada would be there is variety. The food court wasn't good and with limited choices may be because some parts were under renovation.

Just okay but looked elsewhere to do my majority shopping. Now it is getting more expensive. Found a few travelers saying the same thing. Might consider grove city next time on holiday. Sure it is a holiday.

the shops around Galleria mall are fantastic.. However, the foodcourt sucks - specifically Mr souvalaki where they have no concept of falafel - which was some raw gunk (1/10 cooked and 1 step away from being sued) stuffed in a pita pocket with stale salad, and Sbarro Italian eatery - where the pizza was still raw and cheese and oil... More
