Go early in the morning because it gets packed! It's windy so careful with your hat. The grey ladybugs are cute but they bite! This is not a challenging hike.

We walked from Waikiki, then did the hike. It was pretty hot, but the views were worth it. Not nearly as crowded as I feared it would be. We should have started out earlier in the day to avoid the mid-day heat.

We're from NYC and it was great to see a natural attraction. We may have still be in the US, but this sight let us truly appreciate how far away from home we were.

We tried to get here early to beat the heat but alas..we were trekking up in the midday heat. It was still a great hike. The views were incredible! Bring water and dress for the heat to make it a lot more pleasant. It is not a difficult hike and is a must see!
