Wanting to stay in one Conservancy during our 3-park Safari, I chose Ol Pejeta. It turned out to be a very satisfying choice. We were greeted at the gate by Weaver birds, after which we encountered a bunch of Zebras just inside. Large variety of antelopes all over the park, including Eland and Oryx. Sighted several Buffaloes, Grevy Zebras, Giraffes,... More

Was a nice stop during our safari. We got really close to the chimps behind the fence. They take really good care of them here and the guides are very knowledgable. It was too wet for us to hike the trail but we did see a hippo! Pretty cool place.

Ol Pejeta, a 3-hour drive from Nairobi, is in a picturesque setting surrounded by Mount Kenya, the Aberdare Mountains and the Loldaiga Hills. It is the closest conservancy from Nairobi to see the Big 5 and we saw 4 of them in less than 30 minutes, closely followed by a wonderful close encounter with a cheetah. The park is large... More

Well worth the 3 hour journey to Central Kenya. Spent half a day there and was very impressed by the level of knowledge of the rangers who seemed genuinely interested in their work. Had an awesome experience seeing an elephant bull at close range under the watchful eye of our guide. Because of the vastness of the conservatory, one has... More

This is a lesser visited conservancy than the Mara, but still provides the most amazing experience. Fewer vehicles means better quality game viewing. Very well worth a visit

We spent a full day here in mid December and we were very impressed by it all. It is more expensive than the KWS national parks but was excellent value for money. We saw a huge variety of animals and also visited the chimpanzee sanctuary and fed Baracka, the blind rhino. We had lunch at Morani's, which was in a... More

We stayed at bush camp- 'camping in luxury' Amazing wildlife on our doorstep included Russel and Bromley the buffaloes wondering through our camp! Great food, lots to do with very knowledgeable guides. Highlights included getting close to northern white rhino and a whole pride of lions, new experiences such as bucket showers and hearing roaring lions during the night whilst... More

Got to spend an afternoon at the conservacy, and what a great idea that turned our to be. I had the rare chance to see the white Rhino, though at a distance but still i was in awe at the size of this endangered species. The Chimpanzees really made my day, old and young alike. It was late afternoon so... More

It's my fourth time here, and the experience usually seems anew to me with every other visit. Ol Pej. is just a drive away from my residence - Nanyuki, need not to think twice to pay a visit. Till next time...Keep it Real Ol Pej. Cheers
