We did not have a good customer service at all and I actually would say the worst I've had in a long long time. Definitely unsuited to such a professional and large company as they claim they are. Not reccomendable at all just because of that.
It was a pity because it ruined a little bit an otherwise great experience...

We dived with Reef Safari from Barefoot Lodge. They picked us up from Botaira Resort nearby.
PROs
Great dive sites (Garden of Eden and Caves of Babylon were favs)
Staff were great and professional - Thanks Tua and Bux
Could pay by credit card (with a 5% surcharge)
CONs
Equipment left a bit to be desired - fins were snorkelling...

I went diving with Leroy from Reef Safari and dived off Tivua island for about an hour going down to 12m and the visibility was fantastic. We saw a lot of different coral and various colourful fish as well as manta rays, sea urchins etc...

We jumped on the Yasawa Flyer for our trip to Bounty Island where we went scuba diving with these guys. Our Dive master was fantastic at his job and knew where the action was really happening. We saw the most beautiful fan coral, nudibranchs, and so many fish not to mention giant clams and Nemo!

Recently stayed here and had the most enjoyable time, jeremy fabian dalaney john aka noodles and all the other staff were wonderful, but you need to promote the fishing more my husband aaron and jarrod another guest went fishing and came back very happy men. We even got to eat what they caught a very nice sized tuna that night...

If you are in Fiji, it is a must that you do a trip with Reef Safari whether it be diving or snorkelling. We had a great time and the staff were very accommodating to our needs and good knowledge of sea life. Staying at the InterContinental at Natadola Bay just topped off our holiday. Can't wait to go again...
