My second time visiting Grand Lisboa, first time is in the morning so didn't think much of this place. Second time is at night, find it much nicer with glittering lights on at night i.e. the tower or the lotus shape building. Inside the casino is huge, span of 2 floors I think and more happening at night than morning.... More

....visit a few. This is a must on the list of casinos here. Not quite as posh as somewhere like Wynn but still a good starting point. Make a day of it and have a look around the other islands. More to Macau than the casinos. Ferry from Hong Kong cost 140hkd each way and takes about 1hr Other tips... More

pros: nice decor, bright lighting, exotic overall cons: limited choice of games (I don't even recognize many of games offered, while there is huge shortage of blackjack / craps), smoking is allowed, taking pictures is forbidden! More

The casino's exterior is the most recognizable in Macau. You should definitely swing by after dark and take it all in. The interior is fine I suppose for a casino, I'm not much of a gambler so wandering from floor to floor was interesting. The art in the lobby is amazing, as well as the large jewels on display. More

Everything is over the top. Gold color on everything it hurts my eyes. The casino is so full of people smoking, cigarette butts everywhere, the aircon didn't work properly. Terrible More

Casinos are portrayed in the media as wonderful glittering palaces, or dens of vice. Walking through the Grand Lisboa's main room, it feels more like an enormous factory, designed as a disassembly line where croupiers in alarmingly militaristic uniforms take money from an army of joyless punters. Which is amusing for schadenfreude, if nothing else. There's also the (strange to... More
