We had a great week diving The Wall and reefs off of Playa Santa. We were the only boat out everyday diving this fantastic dive location. In addition, Pedro took us to Crash Boat Beach for a unique shore dive. Pedro also took us on a night dive. For us, the experience was like having our own dive service and... More

We recently went to PR and decided to do a night dive and day dive in "La Pared". We contacted Island Scuba and spoke with Nayda. Very friendly nice lady. Our experience with Pedro Padilla, owner and Dive Master and Nayda, his wife, was nothing but perfect. Pedro is a very experienced diver that gave us great confidence and we... More

We (my fiance and our two children ages 12 and 14) just spent 12 days in Puerto Rico scuba diving from La Parguera in the southwest all the way to Culebra Island off the east coast and in between. We went with many different divemasters. Pedro and Nayda are absolutely without question the BEST! No other outfit had such wonderful... More

I was in Puerto Rico to visit family over the MLK weekend and I decided to sneak in a quick one-day scuba day. I was deciding between the dive shops in La Parguera and Island Scuba in Guanica and decided to go with Island because they were significantly closer to The Wall. The only problem was that I wanted to... More

The wall dive is incredible and a must do for diving in PR. The service and professional attitude of Pedro and his wife are unmatched, top to bottom efficient operation with a laid back and open attitude. Don't miss the chance to dive the wall, unmatched in Puerto Rico. More

We were fortunate to dive with Island Scuba on Christmas Day, 2011. The drive from Aquadilla was beautiful, and when we arrived we were on the boat within a half hour. On the way out, we were briefed on the dives (2) we would take. The first was to be a wall dive at 100+ feet. I was a bit... More

We are never disappointed when we take a trip to dive "The Wall" in La Parguera. This long weekend was no exception. We decided to try Island Scuba this time because Guanica is closer to most of the dive sites than launching out of La Parguera. The dive boat San Juan Diver is large enough to handle the somewhat turbulent... More

The conditions were perfect and only two customers on a nice big clean well-equipped boat. Juice and snacks between dives. The shop seems area is maybe a little run down, but I spent most of my time in the water anyway. The staff was helpful and let us dive a nice long, deep, profile. More

I stayed at the Palmas Del Mar. After diving there and Fajardo, I was disappointed with East Side. East Diver recommended me about this unique Wall Dive on the South Side. It was a VERY LONG drive. GPS showed their old shop. Finally I ended up in a round building. This is the wrong place to be. I called the... More

As part of a combined 2 week land trip to Puerto Rico around a 7 day cruise, I rented a car and drove to southern Puerto Rico to stay 3 nights at Ponce Hilton. I wanted to see what I had read was some of the best Puerto Rico diving along the south coast and 20 mile long wall there.... More
