We had to leave the beach 3 hours early ( and thankful we did or would have been left) becasue there was a celebration going on called Carnival and all the local people got to the beach starting at noon and by 1 the beach was full. This took away from the private beach feel but that was fine because we are at their Island and this is their cultural celebration. Everyone there was extremely friendly. They could not have been nicer and every local we saw invited us to the party. There was a band playing and lots of dancing it was so much fun.
