Here at Limbo Cove we aim to give you an off the beaten path experience in the middle of one of the most scenic destinations in North America--The Cabot Trail. We love what we do and we want to share the history, the folklore and the beauty of the Cape Breton Highlands with you. We guarantee whale sightings and we also offer remote water-taxi services to some of the most pristine wilderness locations in Nova Scotia--Come see for yourself. See you in Limbo Cove!

"I've seen whales in Hawaii and Alaska but have never had them right next to us as in this zodiac trip. Capt. Wesley kept us right in the middle of pods of pilot whales for most of our trip. Great photo ops. Easy to work with and efficient April and Wesley make this a great family business to deal ..."with. Foul weather gear provided if necessary. Easy and safe for visitors of all ages.

"The boat was not. sure to go out due to some rough weather but it quitened down and so we sailed out. It was still pretty rough and if you have a bad back, don't like rough seas, then don't do this but if you don't care about that: do this. It is exciting and fast and we saw so many pilot whales.

I get the impression that the main whales there are only pilot. Although they are quite small, they travel in pods and are not shy so we got some very good sightings. Mark turned around the boat so we all could see and he kept close to the pod.
We also saw seals.
All in all a good trip

"There are a few companies that do zodiac tours in pleasant bay, but we were glad we went with Limbo Cove. Our boat had 4 people in it, whereas the other boats were packed with 16+ people. Highly recommend Limbo Cove if you'd rather not be packed like a sardine in a boat,
We saw pilot whales, sea..."ls and 'diving birds'. The seals are very entertaining creatures to watch. Expect a rough, adventurous ride in the Zodiac!
