We left the theater smiling and singing the songs. Our overall best experience was at Lady Windermere's Fan. Intriguing plot, which keeps you waiting eagerly to see what will happen next. Wonderful costumes, and very interesting use of the set, for example at times using only parts of the stage for rooms.   "We arrived at McFarland House just after a tour had started, so went instead into their tea room, where we had a very enjoyable lunch. The room has windows across two sides with pleasant views. They have a wide selection of tea, which we had with scones. We also had their soup of the day, a delic..."ious squash soup, Many salads, sandwiches and other items were listed on the menu, and we saw one table enjoying the strawberry and rubarb pie, the special of that day. One can choose to have a full English tea as one of the choices. The waitresses, dressed in costumes, were helpful and explained all the choices, including describing the flavors of several of the tea choices we were considering. Other beverages, such as fresh lemonade, were also on the menu. The atmosphere in the tea room was relaxed and unhurried.
