"We went on a Saturday morning we have a pass to the toronto one so it is free for us to get in. There was a younge blonde woman that worked their didnt get her name but she made the visit for us. She was taking the porcupine outside and answering all our questions about it. It was the highlight of m..."y kids trip. She was super nice and very much a people person. You can easily spend all day there. Both my kids loved the animal exhibits how they take the animals out so you can pet them, better than a zoo. We had lunch there, you can eat outside and their food is very reasonable. All younge people seem to work there, again I can't remember their names in the stone polishing area they let our whole family try it., since it was a slow day. They were very nice and were great with kids. We are already planning to come back in August. It was amazing!
