"Red Rock Canyon is a unique place to visit in Waterton. It is a beautiful drive with terrific scenery. We always see bears along the way. When you reach the canyon there is a terrific walking trail. A great place to see on your trip to Waterton."
"If you have ever driven to Cameron Lake in the summer, you will know that it is a site worth the effort to get there. Many don't realize though, that you can have an amazing experience if you go there in the winter. (I would recommend March or April when I say winter as the light and temperatures ar..."e reasonable...) Snow shoes, or skis will let you see this beautiful lake in it's winter whites. Spectacular. If you don't have skis or snow shoes, you can rent them from the Lodge........ simple, fun and affordable.

"This is a hike that just about anyone could and should experience. The hike is not in the least bit strenuous and has some spectacular views. The rock at places can be blood red to charcoal black. Along the pathway there are many signs that give information about significantly interesting facts that..." would otherwise go unknown by the average person. This is a hike that by itself doesn't take long, but I personally would join it with the hike up to Blackiston Falls. After the hike, if you are physically able, I would recommend going down and dipping your feel in the stream. This not recommended for seniors or individuals with young children. Getting down is pretty easy, but going up can be a whole other story. Also watch out for flash floods. The water levels can rise dramatically if you are not paying attention to the clouds around the mountains.
