An amazing building that I had always wanted to see. The atmosphere was very special and it must be a great place to read in, though the lovely period lighting is quite low! Just a shame the cafe was no longer available.

I did this tour the second time with Ian and this time also with Mick. It was a fantastic, funny, and witty tour. My colleague and I learned a lot about the Club and the City. I highly recommend it!

Didn’t really know what to expect as there are quite a few poor reviews on here because of the refurbishment happening at the moment. Visited with three children (9, 9, 2). There was plenty to capture the older children’s interest and lots of space for the little one to run around. There were several small activities happening in each of the museum spaces which were popular.
We visited the Operation Ouch exhibition which is around £10pp. We all thought this was fun with plenty of interactive activities.

So many interesting items and exhibits for all ages to see and interact with.
A second visit is a must and fortunately our ticket allows returns.
Although we weren’t on a guided tour we were fortunate enough to meet staff member Andy, with his remarkable insight and knowledge of Football History.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the Manchester Museum. The unique artifacts and informative displays showcased the rich history and culture of the world. From the interactive educational activities for the kids to the captivating natural history exhibits for the adults, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The museum's impressive collection of artifacts allowed us to step back in time and learn about different civilizations.

The distinguished architectural design of the gallery added to the stimulating atmosphere as we wandered through its halls. The diverse range of exhibits, from classic paintings to modern installations, left us in awe of the artistic talent on display. The interactive elements engaged both young and old, making it a fun and educational experience for the whole family. A must-visit destination for art enthusiasts looking to be inspired in the heart of Manchester.

Happened by chance on this museum, we where on an audio walking tour.
So glad we went in. It was a working police station until 1978 now a listed building. Retired officers and volunteers are very knowledgeable and where entertaining and engaging, and was a great insight into the past. We were allowed to handle nearly all equipment and uniforms, old and new. While we were there 2 serving firearm officers were there and we could see the difference in new kit compared to old and heavy gear.
It was a very interesting 2 hour stop and definitely worth a visit, the museum is free and runs on donations.

In many ways- from the lack of pews to the modern stained glass to the design of the organ, this cathedral feels quite different to what I'm used to.

A really good integration of old and new with lots of interesting things to see- appreciated being handed a printed guide as we entered.

I also like cathedrals you don't have to pay to visit, which never sits right with me- so top marks on that score too.

Just want people to see the view of the seats at the Manchester Arena Beautiful North Suite. This is the actual pictures I took when I was in the suite. Comparing to what they show on the website is totally different. I mean it is much better than the website show. But the opening time was confusing. In the email they said the suite will be open 3 hours before the concert start. But end up open 45mins before the concert start. It felt the service was not consistence.

Wonderful theatre that I’ve been visiting since it opened in 1976. This visit to see Brief Encounter was great - superb production. Long may they continue to bring new plays along with reimagined classics.
