The course includes planning your menu, shopping for ingredients, preparation and of course cooking the meal. The class is taught at our mountain home on Mount San Egidio, just ten minutes above the wall surrounding historic Cortona. It will be taught in English and starts with a meeting at a Cafe in Cortona to discuss the menu over cappuccinos and pastries. After breakfast we will take you to the various markets to collect all the necessary ingredients. When we return to the house, you will help with the preparation and cooking of the meal and then sit down to enjoy and critique your creation. The meal can be served inside or out, weather permitting. If there is something specific you want to do, please contact us a couple of weeks prior to your class day. « less
