"On our first trip to Umbria, we arranged for Let's Cook in Umbria to come to our villa to provide a three-hour cooking lesson for seven people. It was everything and more than we expected. Raffa and Stefania showed up on time (a little early, actually!) fully equipped and ready to go. Raffa had tail..."ored the menu exactly to our preferences (avoiding a few ingredients and focusing mainly on typical Umbrian food), and Stefania was a skilled and excellent teacher. It was more than just a casual demonstration--we really learned a lot. Our menu consisted of two types of torta al testo, hand-made tagliatelle with an asparagus/speck sauce, pork with a grape/shallot sauce, and crostata filled with Raffa's homemade cherry preserves. In addition, the price was very reasonable, especially considering the time, effort, and food provided by Raffa ...

"The best gay night which can be found in the small region of Umbria ... You can reach the place only by car, but once inside, stay Amazed! The people are very nice and the evenings are always different, colorful and fun ... there is not only music, but always a spectacle of drag queens levels, unexp..."ectedly, professional and engaging. Overall very good evening! both winter and summer ... I recommend it to all the gay and non-gay men who are traveling through the heart of Italy!

"My husband and I had a great day cooking in Raffella's kitchen! Stefania was our teacher and we made pizza from the dough up, strangozzi pasta (an Umbrian speciality) with asparagus, Umbrian meatballs cooked in a tomato sauce and ricotta and dark choc chip crostata. Along with the recipes we got a..."ll the tips and tricks. We made friends with the other two participants and enjoyed a lovely lunch in the garden under the olive trees! A truly wonderful experience!
