Mnemossyne artists house is the place where you will find an unique variety of pieces of art like photographs, jewellery, clothes, etc..., all astonishingly handmade by local artists. The gallery has a very harmonic atmosphere in an elegant cave house located only a few steps before the famous sunset spot in Oia.

La Ponta, a 13th century tower, is located within the Venetian castle (Kasteli) of Akrotiri, 1km above the pre-historic archaeological site of Akrotiri, Santorini. The tower hosts a tsabouna - Greek folk wind instrument of the bagpipe family - exhibition and workshop along with traditional Greek percussion instruments and flutes.Daily guided tours explore the history of the tower, the origin of the tsabouna and offer a live performance of the instruments.Help us restore the tower and support Cultural Tourism at the "Restoration Donation Cafe". Savour a beverage on the tower terrace while overlooking a panoramic view of the island and the ancient vineyard below.

The setting that Gallery Art of the loom is located in was built in 1866 and was originally used as a winery serving the needs of the local society for wine production. After the great earthquake of 1956 the building remained untouched until 2010 when we renovated it and maintained intact the traditional cycladic architecture.Today the Gallery houses some of the best works by many well-known Greek artists which include oil paintings, jewelry, ceramics, glass and bronze creations and many others. In our opinion we have created an actual place of art, so enjoy!!!

The cove right next to the Red beach, on the southern side of Santorini, is known as the White beach. It is very similar to the Red beach, with black pebbles on the shore, only that the surrounding cliffs are white. This beach is accessible only by boat or on foot from the Red beach.

"I was recommended Town Club from a friend of mine who had been the previous year. As an Aussie I found this an awesome club, heaps of room a nice outdoor area and very well priced drinks. We danced on the bars and danced until the sun came up in the music. The people were very friendly and I loved e..."very minute of it. The cocktails were amazing and there were a wide variety of drinks I had an awesome time there Highly Recommended!!

"we took the bus tour number one and the first stop was akrotiri .we had no expectations but were surprised as to how much we enjoyed this site.our guide provided and explanation as to the layout of the site and the history.she explained that the original paints were removed so that was a bummer.we e..."njoyed our stroll to history and felt it was a worth wild experience.who knew what happened in akrotiri ;happened in pompei.no bodies have been uncovered in akrotiri but this site has only been developed less than 30 yrs.we did not pay 100 uros for a guide but it was part of bus tour 1 30 euros and lasting 7 hrs,we spent 1 1/2 hrs with a guide in akrotiri so do ot the recommend but tour1 and you will receive the akrotiri.this was a totally different experience that we saw on any of the other greek islands .it is not the acropolis experience but rather a town covered with volcanic ash.
