Island Yoga is a private yoga school and retreat center on peaceful Koh Yao Noi in Phangna Bay in Southern Thailand. We offer single yoga and meditation classes as well as retreats lasting anywhere from 4 days to one week. We use the outdoors as an environment in which to learn as well; we lead rock climbing, kayaking and other outdoor activity trips on a weekly basis. Island Yoga is the perfect escape from the more touristy, busy parts of Thailand.

"This tour company is very good. Pick-up from the hotel was right on schedule, the food for all meals was excellent, and their overnight ship, the Miriman, is the best of the lot for the 2 or 3 day tour that includes the sunset cruise and the outer islands. Staff was very courteous. For those who ..."speak mostly Russian, they have interpreters on every tour.

"We booked a one day trip with Raya Divers and went for snorkeling. The host was okay and it was good that they arrived early, before the traffic...but...The main island seems to be really over crowded. The smaller island was better and there it was more fun to snorkel also.
I would recommend tryi..."ng book an overnight boat so one could optimize the timetable, or trying to get to small diving group that might be able to dock a little away from the tourist traffic...
I miss the coral sanded beaches already though!
