From arrival I knew I had made the right decision- from the family staff, the instantly friendly trainers to the other students I was made to feel comfortabl..."e. There are 5 trainers, and the class sizes were never excessive as can be found in some places which gave a much better experience. The structure of each class was such that it was never repetitive- the excellent trainers always kept classes dynamic & interesting, and the assistance and interaction with the gyms fighters also helped with this. I had private sessions with each of the 5 trainers, which were at a lower cost than other gyms I have visited. There was absolutely no issues with language with any trainers, and rather than get through a broad base of techniques in the hour private session as other gyms might have done, the time was taken to correct each technique properly. ... I don't usually walk a golf course so this was a l..."ittle challenging due to the heat. The course is easy to walk as it is quite flat. The tees, fairways and greens were in excellent condition. My caddy, Ar, was excellent and quite patient as I continually stopped to get water and refresh myself. As I was playing by myself, and there was no one following, I took my time and it took about 3 hours to play with all the stops. The change room facilities were first class as you would expect from a resort such as this. The staff in the pro shop were excellent as well as all the waiters and other staff.
