The bikes are lovely and the office staff were very welcoming and accomodating when we arrived early. We traveled around the Hida area with Tatsu, who was a charming guide. He explained much about the local area, including housing, agriculture, food, etc. It was a great balance of history and culture combined with getting out and about to get some fresh air and atmosphere.
