Overlooking the crystal waters of Haad Tien Bay, Horizon Muay Thai Boxing Camp offers a unique learning environment. Under qualified instruction you can train alongside Muay Thai students from around the world. The air is clean and the atmosphere welcoming at Horizon Thai Boxing Camp on the east coast of tropical island Koh Phangan, in Thailand's south seas. All levels and all ages are welcome. We hold two daily Muay Thai training sessions (every day except Saturdays). The first begins at 8am and ends at 10am. The second, generally more intensive session runs from 4pm to 6pm. We are open year round and you can sign up for Muay Thai courses as long or as short as you wish. You may want to learn Muay Thai boxing for fitness, self defense, self improvement or to prepare for a Muay Thai fight back home. In any case we focus on teaching, practicing and improving the proper Muay Thai techniques. If it is your aim we can arrange for you to compete in a local stadium Muay Thai bout or even help you take your competition to a higher level within Thailand.

"The island is a short long tail boat ride from Sairee beach and cost about £2 each.
The beach is very nice with the sea on both sides. When going into the sea there was a lot of pebbles and shells which was quite painful at times! There are a lot of fish around and some started eating my feet!
We ..."walked up to the view point which took about 10 - 15 minutes. The wooden walk way is cool, but some parts are a bit dodgy. At the end of the walk way you have to climb about 100 steps to get to the top, then scale a couple of large boulders to get to the viewpoint.
The view is quality and worth the climb, there is always someone up there that is willing to take a photo of you if you ask.

"In 2009 I was traveling Asia and looking for spiritual teachings. Searching mainly in India I was disappointed by the superficiality of most schools and "teachers". But than I heard of this place in Thailand...
Since the first days of Agama's Level 1 intensive I felt I found something unique. The Yo..."ga there is not gymnastics, it's based on the traditional teachings aimed on discovering your true Self. And in the same time, that ancient knowledge is prepared for a contemporary audience and underlined with latest scientific research. An incredible job has been done when it comes to putting together the courses. After coming back many times since, I'm still amazed by the deep teachings and the purely spiritual intentions of Agama.

"Definitely the best yoga on the island of Koh Phangan! I attended both Ashtanga and Hatha Flow yoga and afterwards I felt both invigorated and relaxed. Agni as a teacher pays special attention to each individual needs. She will guide you through the postures safely and with ease according to your cu..."rrent level. Her Hatha Flow classes are unique, address a different theme each week (for example back bends or hip opening) and are accompanied by the music which sets the positive tone for the rest of your day. Her Ashtanga class was great too, each week she puts emphasis on a different topic such as Ujai breath or the importance of attention. I will definitely come back next year to her class!
