" River was a little low but we still saw some great wildlife. We kayaked from Caballito's which takes around 30 minutes. We had some fresh fish at Caballito's de Mar even though we had no money left to pay. The owner said ''pay tommorow''. Nice supper and great cold beer.

"Ojo de Agua is a great place to cool down after a long, very hot day of hiking. It is quite touristy, but certainly worth visiting to cool down and to enjoy some peace & quiet. Make sure to get a coconut drink and you want the coconut meat too, just ask and he'll cut it open for you!"
"You don't need a guide to go there. Just start at Finca Magladena, pad $2 entrance fee - and off you go! The path is well marked, it's atound 4 hours up (with the break at the view point), and 3,5 hours down. The forest and lake are beautiful!
If you stay on the path - there is no chance to be lost..."!
