"$74 each; pick up and drop off at our hotel, breakfast & lunch, ride to the waterfall, 1 hour swimming and diving there, and a ride back. Our guides were friendly and cared about our safety, but I think I must have been doing something wrong because my pelvis hurt so much whenever the horse trotted,..." so I deliberately slowed him down whenever the group ran. The guides were patient and chatted with us if we lagged behind.
The waterfall was fun -- guides were very good at helping us take pictures and urging us to dive and swim. Hiking up to see the waterfall was a bit slippery.
Breakfast and lunch were both a bit on the salty side, but the orange juice was refreshing.
Wear long pants and sneakers if you can. I thought I could get by with fashion sandals, but it was so hard to maintain a grip that I ended up going barefoot on the ride back. I do wish they gave us a bit more training on how to sit properly, but it was adequate. I'm just glad we got to ride horses.

"I had always wanted to ride a Segway before, however I am always cautious when it comes to two wheeled vehicles. I didn't need to be worried however, as the training was great and the Segway is very easy to ride. The Segway is the perfect way to see Quepos a of Quepos that I have never seen! The hig..."hlight was zooming down the gorgeous empty beach and going "off road" to see the local neighborhood. This tour should not be missed!
