Tucker's Town Attractions: What to do in Tucker's Town
"Luck;y on a recent trip to Bermuda we were able to play Mid-Ocean. Wind was blowing 30 knots which made it interesting. Great old school course winding through the hillside. The golf operation was top notch. Lunch afterwards was problematic. Very nice area but despite being only one of a handfu..."l of tables - and telling them that we needed to hurry to catch a plane - food for 6 - two plated after ten minutes - 30 minutes later 2 more meals and another 10 minutes the remaining 2. There were more waiters and managers running around then diners but couldn't seem to put it together. The bright spot was Joe the bartender who mixed drinks for us in short order. A sense of the time - we had four drinks before that last plate of food. Would go back in a minute though for the golf!

"I have been coming to Mid Ocean Club for 18 years now. I have never had a more fantastic vacation anywhere else and I have been fortunate to have traveled all over the Carribean, including Cuba. Mid Ocean has fabulous service, a great staff, fabulous golf course with majestic views of the ocean, and..." a history as one of the world's Top 45 courses outside the US.
The Reservationists and staff at the clubhouse are among the friendliest and nicest people you could encounter at a resort. They attend to your every need and take care of everything. The dining room and club upstairs are fantastic, with great bartenders and waiter staff who are terrific. The food is great and the pool house, private beach and pool clubhouse are fabulous! The caddy shop, including the supervisors, workers and caddies are extremely friendly and have always taken care of us.
I would recommend Mid Ocean Club to anyone who is looking for a fantastic vacation, replete with just about anything you could possib...

"One of the top courses in both beauty and design. Designed by Charles Blair MacDonald in 1921. Every hole is a challenge. Spectacular views. More for the better golfer. Caddies available. Pro shop staff very helpful."
