Our driver/narrator was Margaret and I have to assume that either she was eager to end her shift & go home or else she is simply the wrong person for the job. She sped through the uneven terrain of the route and I actually almost fell out of the open tram at one point. Even worse, her narration was awful - she stammered quite a bit and didn't seem to really know what she was talking about.
