The views of the forest and the pools just stunning.
So ma..."ny birds to see, blew us away.so well signed you coukd not get lost.
We intended to have a stroll for an hour but stayed for four hours. Would love to get back and explore more.

"An incredible beautiful place to enjoy a summer evening. We like to arrive early with our picnic basket and a bottle of wine. The music is outstanding. If you buy tickets to a rehearsal, you will get a unique insight into the music and the performers. The chamber music performances in Ozawa Hall..." are also outstanding. I would highly recommend becoming a friend of Tanglewood.

"We had a group of friends take the docent tour of the house and it was well worth the trip. Edith Wharton was not only a great writer but she also designed the house and gardens on the property. The shame is that most of the furnishings are not original as she took all the furniture with her when sh..."e moved to France. The museum curators did furnish the house according to the time period as best as they could and did a fabulous job. Be sure to go on a nice day as the walk in gardens is not to be missed. The stable building is currently being renovated and not open to the public.
