  "We love model trains so this is a great place to visit. So many different size trains and layouts. They are very friendly and helpful. We also love to ride the outdoor train. It's more than just a spin around. It's actually a nice long ride. Very clean and a nice supply store."

  "My friend and I took her two little (19 months old) kids to the museum for something to do on a rainy day. When we got there, the signs on the door "CASH ONLY" and charging the admittance fee for 2 little kids seemed bizarre. But we did and were really really happy we did! There were step stools f..."or the kids to stand on to see everything. All of the models are behind plexiglass which was great ... the kids could see everything up close and NOT TOUCH stuff. There were a lot of trains set up (high, hence the stools) with tressels, farm animals, people, RR x-ings & more. There were buttons the kids could push to start the trains moving. While not railroad fans, model car fans, or anything along those lines, I must say this was a really great way to spend a couple of hours in a way that the kids could enjoy as well without the worry of "don't touch this" "oh, nooooo" stress.
