The gorge and the caves are great to explore. The area is very well maintained. Certain caves were closed because they were flooded, but we ..."spent a few fun hours exploring and squeezing through some of them. Not advisable if you are claustrophobic. It can be a bit scary to go through these rocks that look like they could crumble on you... But you can bypass the caves if you don't want to go in, and just enjoy the gorge. There is plenty of information on the path and the staff in the shop are very friendly.The views of the White Mountains back at the top are magnificent! Very fun for the kids and the kids at heart!
