I started to walk towards the counter, but my friend said to follow him. He then handed me a brown paper bag and a ..."plastic glove. Before I knew it, we were in the back room and you literally can take boiling hot bagels right off the machine as they are made. There are carts and carts of breads, bagels, rolls, Irish soda bread and more. It was such a fun experience, and you just keep filling up your bag.   "Not just a bakery; it's also a unique experience: Head for the back room where all the baking is done; pick up a plastic glove and a paper bag; select your bagels, rolls, etc. fresh off the racks; smell the great smells; walk around and give yourself a guided tour of the baking operation, machines, ..."etc. Pay in the front, where there's a huge display of fancy baked goods to tempt you.
