  "My father used to go to Codorus State Park once a week to watch and then count the birds (bluebirds in particular) for the Audubon Society. He loved to walk around on the trails and watch and listen for specific birds. It's always been a favorite place of his to spend a lazy afternoon. Naturally, they have tent, RV sites as well for camping. You can also rent paddle boats or canoes and even sail off into the sunset! There is also a nice, huge pool if you want to cool off on a hot summer day. Every summer they have a dog agility competition--dogs jump out into the water to see who can jump out the furthest and other such competitions. This is loads of fun.
