With three floors crammed full of Antiques and Collectables we're almost certain that you will find that special something you're looking for. Dozens of dealers have come together here under one roof to delight and amaze you with Curios, Collectables, Jewellery, Furniture, Glass etc. - in short, all the best the Antiques Trade has to offer. Follow in the foot steps of BBC Road Trip's Experts such as Anita Manning, Charles Hanson, James Braxton, to name but a few and the Celebrity Contestants Anton Du Beke and Arlene Phillips. We're situated in the beating Heart of Calderdale, the thriving and picturesque Town of Hebden Bridge, a town resurrected after decades of neglect and now a firm favourite in West Yorkshire for visitors from all over the world

"I live just round the corner from HBPH and have to say it's a great night out.
Don't expect big multiplex seating, top Dolby and nachos because you won't get it. This place is all about its classic character. As such I wouldn't go here to see any big blockbusters (at least not for the first time)...". Regardless, it's recently refurbed but still serving 'proper cups of tea', and still selling tickets at reasonable prices (£6 adult).
The film selection is also exceptional, playing recent films (now largely in digital) and also playing some of the best BFI and international classics once or twice a month.
All in all, a great night and a must-do for anybody visiting Hebden Bridge for a few days.

"The Trades is a great music venue right in the centre of Hebden Bridge. With a massive following on the folk scene and also some big names in indie, rock, punk, new wave etc. playing on a regular basis, you can't go wrong.
With an outstanding selection of real ales, keg and bottled beers, as well a..."s a reasonable range of spirits and wine, you won't be stuck for something to drink.
The Trades is definitely best-visited if attending a gig, or for one of their many music events throughout the spring/summer (I.e. '30 Years Of The Trades Party' or 'The Not The Royal Wedding Street Party'). You'll almost always have chance to speak with artists afterwards, which can include some big names (recently Mike Harding, The Fall, The Buzzcocks etc.).
Like anywhere it can be a bit rowdy after hours but in the main this place is a gem. Long live The Trades!
Oh and they have a cracking jukebox and regular PL, CL and International football on the go!
