The husband and wife who own Flashes are always onsite, and I assume the only employees. Both are extremely friendly and always helpful in answering questions. They are ..."not pushy and do not try to sell you the most expensive items. As a matter of fact, they make it a point to steer you towards the sale items and the "buy one, get one free" specials. You can go to Flashes and say "I want to spend $----", and they will help you pick out items that will give you the best show for the money. Great customer service. Flashes selection is great and the prices are affordable. No matter what your budget is. There are many "buy one get one free" items.
