There is a 20 minute movie that runs continuiously taking you to the history of the Smoky Mountains. It was so interesting to see how life was back then. Then you can take a ..."trip into the past in the museum seeing all the things that made the settlers life what it was. My favorite part was the outside area where they have old buildings set up in almost a little village, where you could see how people lived in thier homes, a blacksmith shop and cantilever barns they used for their livestock and hay. It really is a great attraction for the family, it's a cheap way to spend a few hours, and fun to see the history of the people from long ago. " More >
