Little night life and few expert runs was a plus for us - it was quiet and peaceful and you didn't feel like a fool when you fell over! By end of 3 days lessons my 7yo twins and wife who were virtually first timers could ski with me on beginners mountain. This was a real gift we will remember all our lives. We were there first week of April - great snow (several inches fell as we arrived - more fell after we left), mild temperatures and despite being school vacation for most US schools, we never waited more than 2 minutes for a ski lift!
Apart from the resort itself, we had excellent service from Brian Head Vacatio...

"Kids liked the Navajo lift (#4) with the tunnel near the condos, and the Paradise trail. Giant Step was more my speed. Conditions were uncrowded and skiing great.
While waiting in line to pay for lift tickets, I heard someone in front mention that Utah Groupon has excellent discounts for Brian Head..." (about half price), but I missed it.
