The first 2 miles of terrain is pretty flat, then it starts to go straight up to the top of Mt. Killington. The view from the top is gorgeous. I highly recommend going up to Killington no matter which trail you choose. Not sure I'd do the Bucklin again because of the distance of flat terrain at the beginning, much rather just start hiking at an incline to start, but glad we did it! " More >

  "In my opinion, I find this is the best, most scenic way to go to the top of Killington although it is a longer drive and harder to find off the Wheelerville road rather than at the parking area on US Route 4. The Bucklin trail has limited parking."
