This trip is not for anyone that has trouble walking on rocks or loose gravel. It is not too demanding, but you must be somewhat sure footed. You can opt for the 1 hour shorter tour or the 3 hour adventure. For most people I would suggest the shorter tour. Steve was a wealth of information on the various lava formations in the cavern.
