Nicoletta is a superb guide and very forthcoming about the winery, the lovely history, and the Montalcino area. Our dear friend David led us here and while it was the second winery we went to ..."that day, we were all delighted! The reserve grappa is superb (only 8 bottles left as David and I each bought one!), and their olive oil is the best we have tasted in our three weeks here in Italy (our palates, not necessarily yours).
