3. The Murals

These 16 panels of tactile copper murals showcase Singapore's history from its beginnings as a fishing village in the 14th century to its current incarnation as a modern cosmopolitan city.

4. The Merlion

Besides the stunning views of Singapore's skyline and surrounding areas, you can also find here a 3m-tall replica of the Merlion, the mythical creature that is the mascot and national personification of Singapore. It has the head of a lion and the body of a fish, hence the name merlion, which combines "mer" (meaning the sea) and lion.
