Ethel M offers visitors the opportunity to look through our viewing aisle into the chocolate factory and Ethel Mars's Kitchen where we make Pecan Brittle, Chocolate Bark, and all of our signature fillings. Our viewing aisle window is open Monday - Thursday from 8am - 4pm, but for optimal viewing of chocolate production, mornings are best. Please note, in order to produce high quality premium chocolate, we have a varying production schedule, and can not guarantee that the chocolate factory will be producing chocolate at all times. We can guarantee that you will get the opportunity to learn how Ethel M Chocolates has been making chocolate for over 30 years, as taste some of our free chocolate samples and visit our chocolate gift shop. Choose from our premium chocolate collections or pick your favorite pieces from our chocolate cases. Ethel M makes the perfect gift for a friend or even a great self indulgence. Finish your visit by strolling our beautiful botanical cactus garden.
