This park requires a day-use permit. The fee is $5 daily day-use fee or buy a 12-month permit for $30 or a 24-month permit for $50. This flat trail loops through a grove of maple trees and river reeds. The Willamette River is on your left. As you come to junctions along the trail just keep left.

I noticed a faint trail off to the left here. It goes a few feet before dead ending at a fence on someone's private property.

Here is the point the nature trail exits back into Jasper Park.

Across this field you can find a very short trail that along the Willamette River. At the end you will end up on private property so don't go too far.
