My husband and I stayed at the Austing Haus over spring break. It's location is great - just a couple of minutes from skiing. Their staff was friendly and their breakfast was wonderful. It was a great experience. The older building is beautiful with a lot of rustic charm.

My family has stayed at Austing Haus for the past 4 years and we hope to stay there again this year. It is a great value with breakfast included and clean rooms. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. We also love the architecture and warm feel of the wood construction.

The owners were incredibly helpful and kind! They helped accommodate our needs during New Years Eve weekend. They employees were willing to help us in any way possible, including a flexible shuttle service and helping to find lost items. Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff. The people made the stay there very enjoyable. Great breakfast in the morning. Nice ambiance. Good rooms, not 5 star, but cozy, warm, and clean. I would recommend this to anyone going for the first time to Taos.

While this place is awesome, it is distinctly not a 5 star hotel so one shouldn't come here expecting that. Great location about a 10 min drive to ski area. Rooms are nice but not 5star. Nice fireplace. We rented a place with a loft. Took some teenage boys who slept upstairs. They loved it. Good breakfast. Great parking. Nice basic place to stay. Great prices. I'd definitely stay here again.
